nt, some achievements have applied, such as fingerprinting and iris authentication. Internal & Exterior authentication Exterior authentication refers to IC card verifies the legality of terminal equipment, but internal authentication refers to terminal equipment verify the legality of IC card. Some models of COS have two-way-authentication, in other words, using a command to verify validity of card and terminal interactively. As for internal authentication, terminal firstly readout the serial number of filing card that is exclusive with 8-type. Terminal calculates and generates a random data with 8 types accordi fuel dispenser ng to serial number acquired. By internal authentication command secret key information and random data are transmitted into IC card. IC card encrypt the random data by employing prescribed secrete key information, and transmit encrypted data back to terminal. Encrypted data is decrypted in terminal, and is compared with previous random data. If there are coherent, the internal authentication has been succeeded. Exterior authentication also is conducted by means of terminal. The process is basically similar to internal authentication. Secret key is of very importance in authentication process from above introduction. In fact, secret key is memorized in IC card and terminal, free from known by third party. Due to every time authentication has a random number, it is very difficult to decrypt so as to ensure the security and reliability of authentication. Safety report Safety report is one of data protection modes aiming at ensuring reliability and integrality of data, preventing data lost or being modified. Data integrality and confirmation of data resource are realized by Message Authentication Code (MAC), yet data reliability is ensured by means of encry fuel dispenser pted data module. Safety report consists of encrypted data and additional code. In order to prevent information exchanged being illegal modification, keeping integrality of data, MAC code should verify information. DISPENSER APPLICATION Page: 75 45 Bcd2 R(1-9) M Preset_Rounding_Amount (2DH) W(1-2) When a value (AmountVolume) is preset the final delivery value is rounded to the preset one if the difference between the reached number of pulse and the preset number of pulse is lower that this rounding amount. fuel dispenser If not no rounding is done. 2 values are indicated because this difference may be negative (delivery lower than the preset value) or positive (delivery higher). To authorize the rounding: if the difference is negative its value must be lower than the lnib byte; if the difference is positive its value must be lower than the hnib byte. Please note that dispensers that do not permit this Data_Id to be changed remotely should: 0 Reject any write attempts with a Data_ACK value of 2 (Read OnlyNot Writable). 1 Must set the Data_Id to the hardcoded value. When a master resetcold start occurs on the dispenser device the dispenser should reset this Data_Id to its default value. PCD Handling: Where the proprietary pump connected to the PCD can not support this rounding mechanism directly the PCD will have to treat this Data_Id as having a hardcoded and fuel dispenser unchangeable value. ia. The first courts in south and west Mogadishu were set up in 1994, with the aim of arresting, prosecuting and punishing criminals. Sufi traditionalists and moderate Islamists, associated with the pacific wing of the Muslim Brotherhood, outnumber radicals in Mogadishu. But it is the radicals who control the court militias and are increasingly holding sway. And it is to the radicals that al-Qaeda is looking for action. It is known that they have received several arms shipments from Eritrea, which would like to draw Ethiopian troops southwards, away from its own border. More weapons and explosives may now be comi fuel dispenser ng in Mogadishu port was reopened in late July. The United States will not talk to the radical Islamists until they give up al-Qaeda suspects who may be sheltering in Mogadishu. One worry is that Somali jihadists, led by Ahmed Abdi Godane, an al-Qaeda graduate from Afghanistan, and supervised by Sheikh Hassan Dahir Aweys, a former Somali army colonel who presides over the Islamist militia, may develop their own terrorist organisation. Already, Mr Aweys s lieutenant, Aden Hashi Farah Ayro, is suspected of murdering foreign aid workers and freethinking Somalis, and desecrating a Christian cemetery. Mr Aweys considers Mr Ayro a “good man Moderate Islamists want the Islamic courts to impose order, making it easier, among other things, to run a business. Radicals like Mr Aweys are working towards the establishment of an Islamic emirate of Somalia, taking in Somali-populated areas of Ethiopia and Kenya. In other words they want to push out into the borderlands. In Ethiopia this would mean taking the Ogaden by force, as Somalia tried and failed to do in 1977. The situation is less clear with regard to Kenya. Islamists have so far been careful to distinguis fuel dispenser h Nairobi from Addis Ababa. Some Islamists privately say they would like to push the borders of the emirate as far as Garissa, but only through peaceful negotiation.
